Founded in 2002, Clubul de la Cheia Victor Dan Zlătescu is a leading non-profit organization in the field of legal studies and an Institutional Member of the European Law Institute (ELI), which stood out both nationally and internationally through its research and advanced studies activities in the field of Comparative Law, European Law, International Law and Human Rights Law.


The purpose of the organization is to establish a nucleus of research, development and information in the field of comparative law, international law, European law, human rights, etc. The Club promotes the debate, the expansion of studies, syntheses and forecasts and at the same time the development of education and collaboration programs with personalities in the field, organizations and institutions from Romania and abroad. At the same time, the Club, in order to achieve its goal, organizes conferences, symposia, debates, round tables, summer universities, etc. and publishes books as well as legal studies in its fields of work.
